How To Order and Pay:
Orders can be submitted online with a credit card: we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Orders sent via fax, mail, phone or email may be paid for with a check, bank-draft or money order, however, orders do not ship until payment clears (3-10 business days).

Returns/Exchanges:
All our items are carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day FREE return/exchange policy. A pre-paid mailing label is enclosed with every order, along with instructions for return. Simply drop off your package at a FedEx Ground location. Allow up to 15 days for the credit to go through.

FREE Returns/Exchanges do not apply to sale/special items

Please note:

• Returned clothing must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and un-scented.
• Shipping charges incurred on returned items are not refundable.
• Exchanges do not incur additional outbound shipping charges.
• Please include the new item information, and your credit card number or check for price difference, if any.

Damaged Goods:
If goods arrive damaged, please let us know immediately.
Please inspect to ensure your order is correct and make any claims within 15 days for a replacement or your money back.

Delivery Time:
Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 48 business hours. If there is an unusual delay expected for shipping (over one week) we will contact you and you may cancel your order if you choose. Please note we are also bound by FedEx delivery times and shipping holidays, e.g. FedEx does not do home delivery on Mondays.

^*We usually ship FedEx Ground (1-5 business days), although sometimes small orders may be sent by US Priority Mail. FedEx Express (2-day) shipping is available at an additional charge. No orders can be shipped to P.O. box addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous United States incurs an additional charge, and special shipping requirements apply for APO addresses.

Sales Tax:
There is no tax on orders shipped to addresses outside CA.
A Sales Tax of 7.25% applies to all orders shipped to CA addresses.

During every online transaction, we also use a real-time Address Verification Service (AVS) to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. Email List:
Typically we send out no more than 4-6 emails a year. Every email contains an un-subscribe option. To be removed from the list, simply follow the link included in the email. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for the address removal to be effective. Send email to here and place subscribe or unsubscribe in subject line.
